Thought you might be interested..

I read that Tyson was hired as a consultant for the movie "The Pursuit of Happyness" with Will Smith, to help teach Will how to solve the Rubix Cube so quickly.

Also found it on IMDB.

hey emily-
thanks for the comment. ya, tyson visited here the other day mainly because he was in town to teach the guy who the movie was based on how to do the rubix cube. he's a great kid. he also taught will smith how to do it as well. i still have yet to see the movie but will see it very soon. happy holidays everyone. we'll be getting together here in chicago to watch the season 3 premiere. details to come soon.

B & G Season 3 started last Wed. No chessplayer this time. Sigh!

Relating to chess, what do you think about what's going on in US Chess? Have you visited the USCF forums? Have you checked into Susan Polgar's blog? It's a real battle royal between Susan vs. Sam Sloan over the future of chess in the US. What do you think?

BTW what candidates are you backing for the USCF elections this year?

If Susan and her slate does take control of the USCF, what do you think would happen?
